Typical cost with insurance

Two ways to pay

What it actually costs

No hidden fees. No surprise bills. The same care, two transparent paths to it.

with insurance

$25–$35 a month*

*Your exact cost will depend on your specific plan, which may have additional deductibles, co-pays, or coinsurance. Check with your insurance provider to learn what they cover. Confirm your coverage in the app—it takes about a minute. Medication costs are billed separately through your pharmacy.

Self-Pay

opioids, Kratom & 7-oh
$90 to start, then $75 a week
Roughly $300/month. Because billing is weekly, 5-week months may run slightly higher (around $375).

alcohol
$250 first month, $150 after
A flat $150/month after the first month. Predictable monthly billing.

Member stories

Real people, real recovery

We’ve helped tens of thousands of members find their way back. Here are a few in their own words.

“If someone is struggling, I would tell them to give this a shot. I’ve been with Workit a little over a year now. I can’t say enough about how much it’s changed my life. For the first time in 25 years—however long I’d been trying—I feel okay. I feel okay.”

“I would say that if you are looking for help with an addiction—whether it be to 7-OH, opiates, or alcohol—you are in the right place. This community is welcoming, understanding, and supportive. You matter, and you are worth fighting for!”

“I own a business, so I knew I couldn’t just up and leave for rehab. I could have never done any of this without Workit Health—they literally saved my life. I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling to reach out. If I can do it, anyone can.”

Common questions

The questions most people are afraid to ask

Will my employer or family find out I'm in treatment?
Workit Health is 100% confidential. We follow HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 — federal regulations that protect substance use treatment records more strictly than regular medical records. We don’t notify your employer, family, or anyone else without your written consent. Your appointments happen on your phone from wherever you choose.

Is this real medication, or just an app?
Both. Workit Health is a licensed medical practice. Our clinicians are MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs licensed in the states where they practice. They prescribe FDA-approved medications including buprenorphine (Suboxone), naltrexone (Vivitrol), and others. The app is how you access your care team — but the treatment itself is the same evidence-based medicine you’d get in person.

What if I relapse during treatment?
Relapse is part of addiction for many people — it doesn’t mean treatment failed. Workit’s approach is to adjust, not punish. Your care team will work with you to understand what happened, adjust your medication or therapy if needed, and continue your treatment. We don’t discharge patients for using.

Can I keep my current therapist?
Yes. Workit provides medication management, recovery coaching, and recovery groups. If you have a therapist or counselor you want to keep working with, that’s encouraged. Many of our members combine Workit with outside therapy.
